This is a high intensity endurance training course that will help you achieve your aerial silks goals! Improving on fitness and endurance is the best way to sky rocket your skills and build up on your adventure into the Aerial Silks world. Ages 9 and up. No experience required.

No experience necessary! This class is the perfect way to spark your aerial silks fire! We start with the basic maneuvers in a 1 Coach to 8 Student (max) hands-on course. You will get the “hang” of the foundational concepts and start progressive into a dynamic series of moves that will be sure to wear you out, in a good way! All ages and skills are welcomed. This class is also offered to Adults and Youth age groups.
Previous experience is needed (basic foot locks, climbs, inversions). Students take flight up to 24 feet off the ground completing sequences of moves and working on complete control of body movement. The art of fluidity and strength are core concepts along with intricate knot work around the body. At least 5 beginners classes are recommended before attending (if you aren’t sure, ask your Coach).
Available for all students to come and practice aerial silks skills learned during classes. No instruction is given during this class. Access to all silks related equipment. Class max of 8 students. Please reserve in advance to guarantee your spot!
This three-week long course meets twice a week. Beginner’s skill sets are required (3+ beginner’s classes minimum). We will review how moves flow together and incorporate them into a performance piece. Students must be enrolled in all 6 classes.
Moves required for class: foot locks, rebecca sequence, knot, peter pan and basic hip key.

Movement will focus on connection of maneuvers in a graceful way, as well as the endurance of staying off the ground for the entirety of the song. Song is "River Lea" by Adele. Students must be enrolled in all 6 classes.
Moves required for class: climbs, inversions, monkey hang, straddle back, hip key to toga drop, circle drop.
Starting from the very first foundational concepts of aerial silks, this class builds up into more intricate maneuvers meeting twice a week over 3 weeks. This class is designed for the adult woman who has no experience but looking for a way to get in shape before the holidays! Limited spots are available. Students must be enrolled in all 6 classes.
