"Movement arts is where our bodies become the primary medium used to display art. We do this through acrobatics (gymnastics) that originate from the ground and move into the air through suspended-based, aerial arts. This is not a static piece, but a moving, kinetic way of releasing endorphins, strengthening our bodies and working towards the everlasting goal of flexibility."

The first part of the quarter is made for improving skill sets and the second part of the quarter is focused on performing. Students typically stay in the same classes for the first and second quarters of a semester. Students are offered the opportunity to explore something new as we switch semesters in the new year or over the summer.
