Information for students who auditioned in May of 2022 and casted as part of the 2022 Winter Solstice Soiree.

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 14TH - SUNDAY, DECEMBER 18TH, 2022

Semester Based Information:

Students should remain in the same classes for Quarter 2 starting the week of October 10th. Quarter 1 is focused on gaining skill and Quarter 2 is focused on finessing choreography. This was done intentionally at the start of Quarter 1. Not all students in the class are performing in the Soiree. Soiree artist should not perform their piece in the December First Friday Showcase so the opportunity is available to others.

Tickets will be sold in-person in advance to performers and their families on Wednesday, November 9th at LUMI Coffee Bar. Limited tickets go on sale to public on Wednesday, November 16th, 2022. Best sold in 8 people packages. Tickets will sell out. We are not responsible for parents purchasing tickets to watch their student perform.

Kids are welcome! Pizza for sale.

Aerial-A-Thon Fundraiser 
Saturday, 11/19 from 1-7pm
All students can participate!
Book your one hour time commitment based off your apparatus of choice on the Mindbody app. Paperwork will be available for pick up November 1st.

Mandatory Soiree Dress Rehearsals
*Coaches may request additional practices outside of these time frames*
Performers only, please. Food is included. Bring homework as necessary, a quiet study space will be available.

Photography
All students must sign a waiver releasing their name and image for use by Golden Heart Performing Arts.

Book your one hour time commitment based off your apparatus of choice on the Mindbody app. Optional to do second hour. Paperwork available for pick up at the front desk!

Silks with Santa Carnival Fundraiser 
Saturday, 12/3 from 1-4pm

Calling all littles! It's time to meet Santa and show him one of your new aerial arts tricks! That's right, Santa is coming to Golden Heart Performing Arts.Volunteers needed to buddy up with a little.
